Semi-Private Classes

At Natural Strength, our classes are more personalized and limited to 6 participants. Our semi- private classes are run by experienced trainers. The timetable below shows the variety of our offering. Upper Body, full body, lower body, booty and legs, Boxing and Kickboxing, stretch and recover. We also have one of our trainers facilitating a community RUN CLUB that is a complimentary to members and non members.
